Shipping policy

All of our items are made to order. For standard listings, please allow 2-4 weeks for creation of your piece plus up to 5 business days for shipping. For custom pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for creation of your piece, which includes the additional time required for design review and sign-off (assuming no delays from lack of timely customer approvals, or major design reworks).

Every item will be insured and tracked upon shipment. A tracking number will be provided at the email address provided at checkout.
