Carbora Jewelry, LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty to protect against any manufacturing defects. In the event that you detect a manufacturing defect please contact us at hello@carborajewelry.com. We will then send you directions to ship the merchandise to our office in St. Louis, MO. Specialized personnel at Carbora Jewelry, LLC will evaluate your claim and perform a full inspection. If a defect is identified, Carbora Jewelry, LLC will repair your jewelry to a like-new condition and return the item with free shipping. This warranty excludes repairs and replacements needed due to wear and tear, loss of gems, accidental damage, and theft. Services and repairs performed by jewelers other than Carbora Jewelry, LLC cannot be covered under warranty.
